World Class Machining Capability

The DU1421 utilises the world renowned Heidenhain TNC640 control system to provide simultaneous 5 axis machining. The Heidenhain control system is widely regarded as one of the best controllers for 5 axis applications ensuring exceptional machining, reliability and ease of use for the operator.

Embedded Rotary Table

•  Rotary table (C-axis) is integrated with a rectangular table with T-slot bed, enabling it to accommodate larger workpieces and be used in both 5 axis and standard configuration and offering increased versatility.
• A Hydrostatic bearing system supports the rotary table, allowing for high rotation speed up to 600 RPM, featuring a turning function.

Directly driven C Axis, using a high speed, high rigidity motor with minimum indexing accuracy of 0.001°.
